    <ns1:description language="sr">Dugoročno održiv poslovni uspeh, zasnovan na generisanju nivoa poslovne izvrsnosti,zahteva usklađenost strukturnih i kontekstualnih dimenzija organizacionog dizajna.Predmet disertacije je analiza organizacionih faktora koji determinišu unapređenjeperformansi preduzeća, sa ciljem jačanja njegove konkurentske pozicije i dostizanjanivoa poslovne izvrsnosti. Osnovni cilj istraživanja je analiza intenzitetameđuzavisnosti na relaciji organizacioni dizajn – kvalitativni pokazateljiposlovnih performansi preduzeća, uz dodatnu analizu posredničke uloge internekomunikacije i organizacione integracije u ovom odnosu. Nakon razmatranja svihistraživačkih varijabli i njihovih međusobnih veza, sprovedeno je empirijskoistraživanje na uzorku od 34 domaćih i inostranih preduzeća bazne proizvodnjenamenske industrije. Rezultati su istakli specifičnosti visoko kontrolisanogstatusa namenske industrije u odnosu na druge proizvodne industrijske sektore,naročito neusklađenosti specijalizacije i centralizacije, kako sa drugimstrukturnim dimenzijima, tako i sa svim kontekstualnim dimenzijama organizacionogdizajna. Dokazano je da dimenzije organizacionog dizajna preduzeća namenskeindustrije statistički značajno determinišu kvalitativne pokazatelje njihovihposlovnih performansi. Identifikovana je značajna posrednička uloga internekomunikacije i organizacione integracije u odnosu među ključnim istraživačkimvarijablama. Organizaciona integracija ima delimičnu medijatorsku ulogu u odnosudimenzije organizacionog dizajna – pokazatelji performansi i potpunu medijatorskuulogu u odnosu interna komunikacija – kvalitativni pokazatelji poslovnihperformansi. Suštinski naučni i praktični doprinos rada ogleda se u kreiranjuempirijski potkrepljenih dokaza da dimenzije organizacionog dizajna determinišukvalitet interne komunikacija koja je pokretač motivisanosti zaposlenih damaksimalno doprinesu organizacionoj integraciji, što se preliva na unapređenjeposlovnih performansi i generisanje dugoročno održivog poslovnog uspeha. </ns1:description>
    <ns1:description language="en">Long-term sustainable business success, based on generating levels of business excellence,requires alignment of the structural and contextual dimensions of organizational design. Thesubject of the dissertation is the analysis of organizational factors that determine theimprovement of the company&apos;s performance, to strengthen its competitive position and reachthe level of business excellence. The main goal of the research is to analyze the intensity ofinterdependence in the relationship organizational design - qualitative indicators of thecompany&apos;s business performance- with an additional analysis of the mediating role of internalcommunication and organizational integration in this relationship. After considering all theresearch variables and their interrelationships, an empirical study was conducted on a sampleof 34 domestic and foreign companies in the base production of the dedicated industry. Theresults highlighted the specifics of the highly controlled status of the dedicated industryconcerning other productive industrial sectors, especially the mismatch of specialization andcentralization, both with other structural dimensions and with all contextual dimensions oforganizational design. It has been proven that the dimensions of the organizational design ofspecialized industry companies statistically significantly determine the qualitative indicators oftheir business performance. A significant mediating role of internal communication andorganizational integration in the relationship between the key research variables was identified.Organizational integration has a partial mediating role in the relationship between thedimension of organizational design and performance indicators and a full mediating role in therelationship between internal communication and qualitative indicators of businessperformance. The essential scientific and practical contribution of the work is reflected in thecreation of empirically supported evidence that the dimensions of organizational designdetermine the quality of internal communications, which is the driver of employees&apos; motivationto contribute maximally to organizational integration, which spills over into the improvementof business performance and the generation of long-term sustainable business success. </ns1:description>
